Penthouse Apartments Dubai

Privacy policy

We don't collect personal details, we don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell data. Here is exactly what happens when you use this site.

This policy explains what information is collected when you use penthouseapartmentsdubai.com, who collects it and what your choices are. In short: we don't ask you for personal details, we don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell data. When you click through to book, Booking.com or Viator handle your booking under their own privacy policies.

Who we are

Penthouse Apartments Dubai ("we", "us") is an independent guide to penthouses and large apartments in Dubai, run by short-stay accommodation operators. We are not a travel agent and we don't take bookings or payments ourselves. See our About us page.

What we collect

Technical data handled by our service providers

Like every website, ours can't be shown to you without some technical data passing between your device and the servers involved:

We don't receive or keep these providers' logs in a form that identifies you.

Booking.com and Viator links

We earn a commission when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you (see our affiliate disclosure). When you click a link to Booking.com or Viator, you leave our site. Those companies set their own cookies to record that the booking came from us, and they collect the details you give them when you book. We only receive anonymous reports of bookings and commissions. We never see your name, contact details or payment information.

Storage in your browser

Our own pages don't store anything in your browser: no cookies, local storage or similar. Booking.com and Viator set their own cookies only once you visit their sites.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the Australian Privacy Act, the EU and UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to how it is used. Because we don't hold personal information about visitors, there is usually nothing for us to give you or delete. For data held by Booking.com, Viator, Cloudflare or Google, contact those companies directly using the links above.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything that collects personal information, such as a newsletter, an enquiry form or analytics, we will update this policy before it goes live and change the date below.
